Making my Garden Wall

Making my Garden Wall....
[Now]
..
How it started....
..
➡️ Step 1. Mark out area and dig trench.
➡️ Step 2. Fill the trench with vertical steel posts, recycled metal items (I've old fluorescent light frames, washing machine, chair frames etc).
➡️ Step 3. Concrete in and create a rock and concrete foundation several feet tall.
➡️ Step 4. Wrap fencing wire around the front and back of the wall, going to the desired height. Fix together well with cable ties and address any pointy bits.
➡️ Step 5. Cut up old fleecy sheets, clothes, soak in water, then drench in cement and lime mix. Start at the base and drape everywhere. Overlapping and smoothing out as best as possible.
➡️ Step 6. Now with a solid shell, apply the first render coat, scratch it so the final coat will attach well.
➡️ Step 7. Top render coat. Paint or leave. Done

Recipes (what worked for me):
Fabric soaked cement:
cement + a small amount of lime + water
pre soak fabric in water
Fleecy & towel material works best
mixed and applied in wheelbarrow
Render, scratch coat:
4 parts sand
1 part GP cement
1/4 part lime
Consistency is like soft butter
mixed in large bucket
small amount at a time

Render, top coat:
5 parts sand
1 part cement
1 part lime
+ colour oxide as needed
thick
The above are what have worked for me, please adjust to suit the way you like to work.
